Repair or Replace Your Windshield?

Replacing your vehicles windshield can be very costly, especially with newer vehicles. Insurance companies prefer to pay to have the windshield repaired instead of replacing it. So much so, that most insurance companies will not charge you a deductible to have it repaired and it will also not affect your monthly bill. Even if you don’t have insurance, repair is a much cheaper option.

Newer vehicles are equipped with ADAS, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, and when you need to replace the windshield the entire system has to be recalibrated. Because of this, the cost to replace a windshield on a new vehicle can be over a thousand dollars.

To sum it up, if your windshield is able to be repaired, we recommend going that route because it could save you hundreds of dollars. Also it is worth noting that our windshield repair puts the structural integrity back into the glass without compromising it’s safety.
